Any person who shall willfully and/or knowingly shall resist a lawful arrest, or aid or abet or assist another person to resist lawful arrest shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days or to pay a fine not to exceed $200.00 or both, with costs.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
