(a) Any person who drives or operates a vehicle carelessly and heedlessly without regard of the rights of safety of others and without due caution and safety at a Speed or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person (including the driver) or property is guilty of reckless driving and upon conviction thereof, may be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed six (6) months or pay a fine of up to $1,000 or both.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
