Any person who shall attempt to assault any human with intent to commit a violent act or violent crime (murder, maiming, rape, robbery, kidnapping, etc.) whether or not herein described in this Law and Order Code, shall be guilty of assault with intent to commit a violent crime and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed one (1) year or to pay a fine of $1,000 or both with costs.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
