(a) Section 13.10 of the Pueblo's Criminal Code addressing the crime of Child Abuse includes a typographical error that incorrectly list no clear penalty for conviction of this crime; (b) The Council finds it in the best interests of the Pueblo and the children of the Pueblo to correct and clarify the criminal penalty for anyone convicted of Child Abuse.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
