Any person who shall willfully or maliciously commit any acts of violence or abuse on any child, causing any harm or injury, under the age of eighteen (18), shall be guilty of the offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed one year, or pay a fine not to exceed $5,000, or both, with costs, and may be required to undergo such medical evaluation and treatment as may be ordered by the Court.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
