These rules govern the procedures in all criminal cases in the Courts of the Pueblo of San Ildefonso. These rules are intended to provide for fair trial and the just determination of every criminal proceeding before the Courts. These rules shall be construed to secure simplicity in procedure, fairness in administration, and the elimination of unjustifiable expense and salary.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
