(a) No Law Enforcement Officer, or other officer commissioned to make arrests, shall arrest any person for any offense defined by this Code unless: (1) The offense was committed in the presence of the Officer, or (2) The Officer had probable cause in believe that the person has committed such an offense, or (3) A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the person.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
