(a) When any person is arrested, he shall: (1) Be informed of the right to remain silent and that any statement made by him may be used against him; (2) Be informed of the complaint against him; (3) Be informed of his right to retain lay counsel or professional attorney at his own expense; (4) If arrested pursuant to a warrant, receive a copy of the warrant and complaint at the time of arrest or as soon thereafter as possible.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
