Upon good cause shown, the Court may increase or decrease the bail originally set (but no over $500.00). If the defendant fails to appear before the Court as lawfully required, the Court may direct on entry of such failure to be made in the record, order the forfeiture of the bond or cash deposit and issue a warrant for the arrest of the defendant.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
