If the court finds the defendant not guilty or the jury brings in a verdict of not guilty on all counts of the complaint, a judgment of not guilty or acquittal shall be announced by the Court and entered in the official records by the Clerk, along with the names of the jurors in the case, and the defendant shall be immediately discharged.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
