A motion for a new trial to be held in the Tribal Court may be made by the defendant within seven (7) days after judgment. The Court shall grant a motion for a new trial for the cause set forth in the Rules of the Court, if such trial, in the discretion of the Court, is required in the interest of justice.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
