Upon imposing sentence in a case which has gone to a trial after a plea of not guilty, the Court shall advise the defendant upon conviction by the Court of jury, if the defendant has not already been so advised, or his right to file an appeal within ten (10) days. All appeals shall be made in accordance with the Rules of the Court.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
