If any person all violate probation or parole, that prisoner may be required to serve the balance of the original sentence (plus and additional sentence for probation or parole violation), but the Court shall not revoke probation or parole except after a hearing at which the defendant shall be present, advised of the charges on which revocation is proposed, and defend against the charges. The defendant may be admitted to bail pending such hearing.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
