The Governor may in his discretion have arrested and delivered up to the executive authority of any State, Tribe or the United State any person charged with a crime in the jurisdiction and who has fled from justice and is found in the jurisdiction of the pueblo of San Ildefonso.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
