Any Law Enforcement Officer, who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding jurisdiction, a person in his custody under the Governor's warrant, in willful disobedience of the previous Section shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof may be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed six (6) months or to pay a fine $500.00 or both, with costs.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
