The San Ildefonso Children's Court shall consist of the Chief Judge and such Associate Judge as the Chief Judge may appoint to act as Children's Court Judge. The Children's Court shall operate within the provisions of the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978, Nov. 8, 1978 (PL 95-608) (92 Stat. 3069) and rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto, and the law and rules and regulations shall take precedence over any provisions of this Title.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
