Any Pueblo based private non-Indian child welfare agency which provides services of any nature to Indian children under the jurisdiction of the Children's Court shall meet licensing requirements as shall be provided in the Pueblo of San Ildefonso Code. Penalty for violation of this Section shall be immediate loss of right to provide services.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
