The Turtle Mountain Tribal Court includes the trial court and appellate court and shall consist of: a Chief Judge, such Associate Judge(s) needed to serve the court as determined by the Judicial Board prior to the election of Judge(s); and such Trial and/or Special Judges as are appointed pursuant to §1.0506.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
