(a) Term of office for the Chief Judge and Associate Judge(s) pursuant to Article XIV section 4(e), of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Constitution, shall be four (4) years. (b) Trial Judges shall be appointed for a two (2) year term of office.
