Arrest is the taking of an Indian person in custody that he may be held to answer for a Tribal offense. An arrest may be made by: (a) A duly authorized police officer under a warrant; (b) A duly authorized police officer without a warrant; or (c) An Indian, as defined in Section 1.03.010.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
