1.07.040 Execution of Warrant

The warrant shall be executed by the arrest of the Indian defendant. The peace officer need not have the warrant in his possession at the time of the arrest; but upon request shall, as soon as possible, show it to the defendant. At the time of making the arrest, the arresting officer must inform the defendant that he has the right to remain silent and seek the aid of legal counsel.
