The complaint must be displayed without prejudice by the Tribal Court upon the defendant's motion in the following cases: (a) Where it is found not to comply with the requirements of Contents of Complaint as stated in Section 1.06.020; (b) That the defendant has been charged without reasonable or probable cause; or (c) Upon a determination that the Court has no jurisdiction over the person or the offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
