Continuance of the trial shall be granted upon affirmative proof, with reasonable notice, that justice cannot be served without a continuance. The continuance shall not exceed thirty (30) days, unless good cause can be shown why a longer continuance should be granted.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
