Any Indian violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment, with costs.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
