10.10 Severability
If any provision of these Articles shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder of these Articles shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. In addition, any provision of these Articles, which is construed to cause the Company to be taxed as a corporation under the federal tax law shall be repealed, limited, or construed in a manner which will allow the Company to qualify as an entity which is not treated as separate from its owner, the TMBCI, for federal tax purposes.
