Every person over the age of eighteen (18) years and of sound mind, may execute a will, and may thereby dispose of all or any part of his estate. All property disposed of by will is chargeable with the payment of testator's debts, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Code.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
