A charge or encumbrance upon any estate for the purpose of securing the payment of money or the performance of any covenant or agreement, is not a revocation of any will relating to the same estate which was previously executed, but the devise and legacies therein contained must pass subject to such charge or encumbrance.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
