No person has any power as an executor until he qualifies by posting bond in an amount to be set by the Court, except that, before letters of administration have been issued, he may pay funeral charges and take necessary measures for the preservation of the estate. The powers and duties of an executor shall be those as are prescribed under the laws of North Dakota.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
