At the hearing fixed as provided in Section 11.07.030 of this Code and, upon proof that the required notice has been given, the Court shall proceed with inquiry into the matter allowed by such petition and shall give all persons interested full opportunity to be heard.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
