The determinations of the Election Board or Election Committee under §13.0502(1), §13.0503(1)(A), §13.0505(1), §13.0901(1) and §13.1004 are final and not subject to appeal. The determinations of the Election Board under §13.0501(1) and §13.1003 may be immediately appealed to the Turtle Mountain Tribal Court. Verification of election results may be appealed pursuant to §13.1301.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
