The Election Board shall maintain a record of all absentee ballots distributed, to whom they were distributed, the date of mailing, the date of the return of the ballot and the name and address from whom received, and shall count and register all such votes after all other ballots have been counted and include them in the results of the election.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
