The number of valid and invalid ballots cast should correspond with the number of voters recorded. Discrepancies in the number of votes cast and number recorded should be documented and evaluated by the Election Board. If a discrepancy between the two cast serious doubt on the validity of the election result in any district, the election results for that district shall be considered void and a new election called by the Election Board for that district only.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
