13.10.050 Challenges

(a) If the eligibility of a voter shall be questioned by a member of the Election Board, Election Committee, or a watcher, the ballot of that voter shall be enclosed in an envelope which shall be endorsed with the name of the voter, the reason for the challenge and the name of the challenger.

(b) At the time of the challenge, the challenged voter must sign an affidavit denying the allegation against him in the following form:

The signed affidavit shall be enclosed in the envelope with the ballot.

If the voter refuses to sign the affidavit, the person is prohibited from casting a vote.
