Polling sites, as determined by the Election Board in coordination with County and State election officials, shall be used in all tribal elections and they shall be open from eight (8:00) a.m. to nine (9:00) p.m. Central Time, on the date established for the election. Alternate polling sites may be used provided the election notice identifies such polling site. All polling sites must be handicapped accessible.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
