"Individual sewage disposal system" shall mean a sewage disposal system, other than a public or community system, which receives either human excreta or liquid waste or both from one (1) premises. Included within the scope of this definition are septic tanks, soil absorption systems, privies and chemical type toilets and such other types as may be prescribed in regulations by the Turtle Mountain Tribal Health Board, and this Code.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
