"Refuse containers" shall be made of metal, be water tight, have close-fitting covers, and adequate handles to facilitate collection. Such refuse containers shall be not less than fifteen (15) gallons nor more than thirty (30) gallons in capacity.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
