16.02.010 Health Board to Establish Minimum Standards

The Health Board of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, in order to protect the health and safety of residents of the Turtle Mountain Jurisdiction as defined by Section 1.05.010 of the Turtle Mountain Tribal Code and general public, is authorized and directed to promulgate the following regulations by establishing minimum standards governing the design, construction, installation and operation of individual sewage disposal systems and to protect the public health, control water pollution, and abate nuisance and odor conditions.
