All septic tanks and drainage fields must be located one hundred (100) feet from the high water level of any lake, river or stream and no pumping or discharge of liquid waste, either from a septic tank overflow or from any portion of the drainage field or absorption area will be permitted to enter any lake or any contributory streams in the watershed area.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
