It shall be unlawful for any Indian person to construct, alter or extend individual sewage disposal systems within the watershed area of the Turtle Mountain Indian Jurisdiction unless he holds a valid permit issued by the health officer in the name of such person for the specific construction, alteration or extension proposed.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
