16.04.050 Hauling_And Disposing of Refuse

No refuse shall be hauled on the streets of any community or on the roads and highway of the Turtle Mountain Jurisdiction unless the same is contained in metal receptacles as hereinbefore described, with covers tightly fitted thereon or unless hauled in trucks, trailers or vehicles which are covered in such manner as to prevent the scattering of such refuse upon the streets, roads, and highways on the Turtle Mountain Jurisdiction. All refuse shall be disposed of by an approved method of sanitary landfill, said methods and sites to be approved by the Turtle Mountain Health Board or their designated representative(s).
