16.06.010 Penalties for Violation of Title 16 of This Code

Any person who violates any provision of this title of this Code, or any provision of any regulation adopted by the health board pursuant to authority granted by the Turtle Mountain Tribal Council shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not to exceed fifty dollars, ($50) or sentenced to labor for not to exceed twenty-five (25) days, or to both such fine and imprisonment with costs, and each day's failure to comply shall constitute a separate violation.
