The Board shall operate from funds raised by the Board or donations from interested groups and organizations. These moneys will be disbursed by the Board with their approval by a majority vote in accordance with a budget drawn up by the Board and approved by the Tribal Council.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
