The Board shall be served by an Advisory Committee composed of Indian Health, Bureau of Indian Affairs, as well as such as may be interested and appointed by the Board from time to time, including representatives of the state, county, and non-Indian governing bodies. Members of the Advisory Committee shall have no voting rights.
