Unless otherwise specifically provided in this title, all persons, association, companies, firms or corporations conducting or engaged in any business or trade within the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa (reservation) jurisdiction must obtain a license or permit. Application for, issuance, termination, and revocation of such license shall be governed by the terms of this title.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
