All persons subject to the provisions of this title shall be deemed to have consented to the full and exclusive jurisdiction of the Turtle Mountain Court as a condition of doing business within the boundaries of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa jurisdiction. In any action in which the Tribal Court determines that the position of the TERO Director is substantially upheld, the licensee shall be liable for costs incurred by the Tribe including reasonable attorneys fees.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
