Instead of proceeding under Sections 18.0116 or 18.0117 of this, or any other provisions provided by this title, the TERO Director may assess a civil penalty against any person who he shall have probable cause to believe is in violation of this title. Said civil penalty shall not be less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per violation or per day of violation.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
