An Unrestricted Child Care License shall contain the following information: (a) Name of center and operation; (b) Date of issuance and signature of the designated tribal licensing office; (c) The maximum number of children which may be cared for by the center; (d) The center is in compliance with the minimum licensing requirements for child care centers set out under this title; and (e) The term of the license.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
