The captain of Police, or such other person or officer as may be designated by the Tribal Council, shall upon the filing of an application, investigate the facts as stated in the application, and the character, reputation and fitness of the applicant, and shall report on said matters to the Tribal Council.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
