No licensee shall permit any person under twenty-one (21) years of age to remain on the licensed premises while alcoholic beverages are being sold or displayed thereon, except that a person under twenty-one (21) years may remain in a restaurant where alcoholic beverages are being sold if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
