No premises licensed for on-sale of alcoholic beverages shall contain any side rooms, closed booths, or other screened enclosures, nor shall any screen, partition, curtain, blind, or obstruction of any kind prevent a clear view at all times of all parts of the interior of the premises licensed. All booths located in such premises shall open directly into the main part of said premises, and shall be accessible from the aisles therein.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
